NOT DELIVERED, VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED

I live in Canada and did order a Santa gift from Oye Happy for my nephew in Kerala on Dec 17. Expected delivery was Dec 20th. While everyone was at home and receiving orders from Amazon, but Oye Happy tracking was showing Consignee not available to receive. As I am living in Canada, I tried to contact them through whatsapp, no call option available. Whatsapp number was receiving my messages, but no reply. I tried to call them, on another number showing on the website, no answer, only recorded message asking to e-mail. I started to e-mail them requesting to provide local contact number to delivery team. I was getting reply for e-mail like a kind of recorded ones. In the last e-mail I received from them, they said they can't provide a local contact number because they do delivery through a third party. I don't really understand what they mean. I do lots of online orders. Everywhere I give a local contact number, so in case, if they can't locate the place, they will call and take direction. Anyway Santa gift didn't reach until Christmas, so I requested for a refund and they refunded within a couple of days, but what I lost was my wish to surprise my nephew on his Christmas, so when you do an order from this website, think 100 times and be ready to take a chance
