Worst service

Worst serive i have ever seen i ordered a mothers day gift which was supposed to arrive on mothers day it dint reach then i waited for 1-2 days it still did not arrive. I texted the team on WhatsApp about the issue it took them 2 days to reply to my concern so i called them first 2 calls i had were good and polite people but the third guy i spoke too wasnt really helpful and finally the mothers day gift reached 10-12 days late. I did not like this service at all and im not satisfied with it.
