Bad quality output

I think while you are trying to reduce the pricing or maintain it, the quality has really taken a toss. This time the magnet was so badly done that I did not event gift it to my mom. It was absymal to say the least.
Better to charge more and deliver quality stuff than the shoddy job you are doing now.
