– The audio clip can be mailed to us on surprises@oyehappy.com along with your order ID or upload it in the order form after the payment page.
– You can also choose to scribble your own message in the card after you’ve received it.
Specifications
– Length of the audio message shouldn’t exceed 20 seconds.
– Size of the card – 8.5 inches X 6.5 inches
A maximum of 20 seconds voice message can be accommodated in the surprise. In case the message you upload is longer than 20 seconds, the rest of the message will be automatically deleted in the device. To avoid incomplete messages, we request you to please time your recording before uploading.
