Specifications
– You can book your slot any time between 1 PM and 7 30 PM on all days (except Mondays). The Happiness Team will call you within 24 hours of making the booking to help you with your specifications.
– The experience is for two people only and additional charges are applicable for extra person(s).
–Â The cafe is located in Green Banjara Colony, Rd no.12 Banjara Hills. Venue and contact details will be shared after booking.
– Because the cafe is also a home for rescue dogs and cats, we cannot commit to the breed or the number of pets available on any given day. A minimum of 4 pets are always around.
–Â During the ordering process, you may have to share your delivery address. It’s a mere formality and no gift or invoice shall be sent to the shipping address.
These packages are not applicable for universally celebrated days like New Year’s eve, Christmas, etc.
Refund Policy in case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.
Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. Voucher for the remaining 30% will be generated for the client to redeem for any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.
Refund policy in case of cancellation by Oye Happy
In case the experience has to be cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, full refund will be offered to the client.
