– The package includes the rent of a 7 feet X 7 feet screen, projector and a sound system. All of them will be set up by our team for a period of 6 hours and collected back.

– The experience is further made special with an extremely romantic decoration using tea candles and flower petals.

Specifications

– The package doesn’t include any movies, DVD player or laptop. Kindly connect your own laptop or DVD player to the projector.

– In case any equipment is damaged at your place, cost for the same will be incurred by you.

– Extra transport charges may apply between Rs.250 and Rs.1000 depending on the location and the partner’s discretion. In such a case, the payment link for the same will be shared with you after a conversation with our team.

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. For the balance 30%, a voucher will be issued, which you can use for booking any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

In case of cancellation by Oye Happy
If the order is cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or for another surprise. A dedicated Happiness Consultant will help you in such a situation.
