– Make your next cake look so attractive they have to think twice before cutting it. All you have to do is share your idea and we’ll design it in whichever shape you want – minion, cricket bat, handbag or something else.

– The cake, which weighs 2 KGs, is available in 3 flavours – Chocolate Hazelnut, Chocolate Crunch and Chocolate Raspberry.

– You can share your concept in the order form after the payment page.

– It will be hand-delivered between 9 AM and 7 PM within a radius of 10 kms from Road No.10, Banjara Hills. Distance beyond that invites an additional delivery fee of Rs.300 onwards.

– The cake is 100% eggless.

COVID-19 sanitation and hygiene practices

All Oye Happy crew members are following the hygiene and social distancing guidelines laid down by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Our warehouse and fulfillment centres, from where this gift gets shipped, are being sanitised every day as per prescribed guidelines.

All packages are being disinfected before being shipped from our fulfillment centres.

Customisation details required for this surprise can be uploaded in the order form immediately after the payment is completed.

In case you’re busy then, we can also email you the order form. But it’ll save you time to fill the order form immediately after ordering. 🙂

Refund Policy

In case of cancellation by client
Orders cancelled by the client BEFORE 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled WITHIN 72 hours of the date of experience will be refunded 70% of the amount. For the balance 30%, a voucher will be issued, which you can use for booking any other gift/experience over the next 6 months.

In case of cancellation by Oye Happy
If the order is cancelled by Oye Happy owing to unforeseen circumstances, you can opt for a full refund or for another surprise. A dedicated Happiness Consultant will help you in such a situation.

Your secrets are safe with us, along with your personal details, photos and anything else you share.

All the files you share to customise your order are permanently deleted after the surprise is completed.
