- Length of the audio message shouldn’t exceed 20 seconds.

- Size of the card - 8.5 inches X 6.5 inches

A maximum of 20 seconds voice message can be accommodated in the surprise. In case the message you upload is longer than 20 seconds, the rest of the message will be automatically deleted in the device. To avoid incomplete messages, we request you to please time your recording before uploading.

We ship all our surprises through the most reliable delivery partners in India. All surprises are shipped within one working day of receiving your order. Tracking details for your shipment will be shared over SMS and email immediately after your order is shipped.
