Never received the product or response to my requests on Whatsapp. HORRIBLE experience.

Great product but unsatisfactory customer service.

Loved the product...but I had placed two other orders along with this...and I haven't received them yet...the waiting period is really frustrating and I've raised complaint about this already through mail.They keep assuring that it will be delivered in the next few days but I still haven't recieved any.So disappointing.
